Veoma je jednostavno prona\u0107i organsku soju, tofu i mleko od organske soje u prodavnicama zdrave hrane. Soja je izuzetno bogata proteinima, ne sadr\u017ei zasi\u0107ene i trans masti, bogata je vitaminima i mineralima.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Veliki strah je da fitoestrogen koji sadr\u017ei, na neki na\u010din mo\u017ee uticati na pove\u0107anje estrogena u na\u0161em organizmu. Da bi se tolike promene zapravo desile, morali bismo da pojedemo ogromne koli\u010dine soje. Ovako ne\u0161to nikada nije dokazano, ali ono \u0161to jeste je da sojin fitoestrogen mo\u017ee uticati na regulisanje prirodnog estrogena u organizmu. Ovo naravno nije ta\u010dno. Veganska\/biljna ishrana ozna\u010dava konzumiranje namirnica biljnog porekla, bilo u sirovom ili kuvanom obliku. Savr\u0161eno zdrava biljna ishrana je balans izme\u0111u sirovih i kuvanih namirnica. Kuvanjem mahunarki i \u017eitarica uspevamo da izvu\u010demo ono najbolje iz njih, da ih lak\u0161e svarimo i usvojimo sva nutritivna bogatstva koja poseduju. Sa vo\u0107em i povr\u0107em pravimo balans. Da.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da li je omnivorna ishrana doprinela do razvijanja modernog \u010doveka do ovih kapaciteta? Da.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me\u0111utim, ljudi u prethodnih nekoliko hiljada godina nisu jeli meso svakog dana. Ljudi u prethodnih nekoliko desetina hiljada godina nisu mogli da ulove ne\u0161to svakog dana. U tim situacijama su se oslanjali na biljne namirnice. Pre nekoliko desetina hiljada godina, ljudi su se neprestano kretali da bi pronalazili hranu, zbog prirodnih neprilika, zbog ratova izme\u0111u plemena\u2026 razlozi su beskrajni. Isto tako je \u017eivotni vek ljudi pre nekoliko stotina godina bio mnogo kra\u0107i nego danas, zbog brojnih bolesti, nedostatka hrane, nedostatka nama normalnih uslova za \u017eivot. Suludo je porediti potrebe praistorijskog \u010doveka, sa potrebama modernog.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010covek u modernom dobu \u017eivi mnogo stati\u010dan \u017eivot. Provodimo sate i dane u kancelarijama i u\u010dionicama. Jedemo \u0161ta stignemo, kad stignemo. Nemamo dobar re\u017eim spavanja. Nivo stresa je konstantno povi\u0161en iz razli\u010ditih razloga. Jeste, ali nam je isto toliko pomoglo i kretanje.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sada kada se jesmo razvili ovoliko, imamo mogu\u0107nost da donosimo odluke koje su ispravne za nas, za na\u0161e zdravlje, za zdravlje na\u0161e dece.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Idealno ne postoji.
